Colonoscopy: Covered at no cost. at any age (no co-insurance, co-payment, or Part B deductible) when the test is done for screening.

- IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION. SUPREP ® Bowel Prep Kit (sodium sulfate, potassium sulfate and magnesium sulfate) Oral Solution is an osmotic laxative indicated for cleansing of the colon as a preparation for colonoscopy in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older. DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Each bottle must be diluted with water to a final volume of 16 ounces (Adults).

TRICARE covers colonoscopy exams as follows:
- For individuals with hereditary non-polyposis colon rectal cancer syndrome, exams are available every two years beginning at age 25 (or five years younger than the earliest age of diagnosis of colorectal cancer, whichever is earlier), and then annually after age 40;
- For individuals who have first-degree relative diagnosed with sporadic colon rectal cancer or adenomas before the age of 60 or multiple first-degree relatives with colon rectal cancer or adenomas, exams are available every three to five years beginning 10 years earlier than the youngest affected relative.
- Once every 10 years beginning at age 50 for individuals at average risk for colon cancer.
Kaiser Colonoscopy Copay
Computed Tomographic Colonography (CTC) or (Virtual Colonoscopy) is only covered when an optical colonoscopy is medically contraindicated or can't be completed due to a known colonic lesion, structural abnormality, or other technical difficulty is encountered that prevents adequate visualization of the entire colon. CTC is NOT covered as a colorectal cancer screening for any other indication or reason.

ColonoscopyAssist was founded to remove financial barriers to colon cancer screenings. We have worked hard to make this procedure affordable. However, even at our discounted rates, a colon cancer screening can still prove to be unaffordable for many.
As part of its commitment to assist individuals to overcome financial barriers to getting screened, the program has developed a strong financial assistance program which further reduces the cost of screenings.
Get Healthy Grant
The Get Healthy Grant is a cash stipend paid towards the cost of colon cancer screenings for persons with low income. The grant is made possible by micro-donations collected by the ColonoscopyAssist program.

I am so thankful that such an offer is available for those without insurance. Very affordable tests for colon cancer screening. The entire experience was so effortless for me. They made it so easy and did all they advertised to do. They guided me every step of the way.
As I don’t have health insurance, I was pleased to learn about Colonoscopy Assist. Had it not been for my girlfriend, a former RN, I would have been unaware of your service. By working through Colonoscopy Assist, I have saved at least $500 versus a straight private pay. In addition, my last colonoscopy was well over a decade ago. Due to the number of polyps removed, I was instructed to return in 5 years. Had it not been for your services, I would have delayed this procedure even longer. You saved my life. Seriously. I am 46 but have a family history of colon cancer. When my brother had malignant polyps, I got a referral from my doctor.
